In Contact management you can add a Task at the Company or Contact level – so something that needs to be done with or for a Company in general or for a particular person. In Project Management you add a task to a particular project. In both cases you can add attachments and assign the task to one or more users.
On the homepage of Project and Contact Management the default setting will display any Tasks that have been assigned to you, either as part of a project or in relation to a Company or Contact. As you drill down to specific Projects, or Companies or Contacts the Tasks become particular to whatever you are looking at.
Additional options are available so you can view ALL Tasks relating to ANY Project, Company or Contact, plus you can view all current Tasks in Spreadsheet mode in your browser.
