Introducing your new best friend

Take a video tour of some of the features

Glasnost is an online service that allows you, and your colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers to store and share information, collaborate and communicate in an open and transparent environment. It is both highly functional and easy and intuitive to use. If your work – or life – involves more information than you can keep in your head then Glasnost really can become 'your new best friend'

The World is Flat

Glasnost has been designed for a world where it is commonplace to be regularly dealing with multiple parties in multiple locations. One's colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers are most likely in a different city, country or even continent, and we all need to be able to work together as easily and naturally as if they were in the same room. That is where Glasnost comes in – you can manage and keep track of all interactions with all your contacts, collaboratively work in teams on a particular project, sharing tasks, comments and documents freely and simply, manage and distribute your images, photos and other digital assets, even integrate your own or third party data.

It might be simple but it's not stupid

Glasnost has been built with the latest technology so as to make the service as pleasant and rewarding to use as possible. It is our desire that you will genuinely enjoy using Glasnost. We believe Glasnost will only really be useful if you use it! That sounds obvious but we believe far too much software is written for the benefit of the writer rather than the user. Glasnost 'is' clever but we hope you don't notice.

A couple of thoughts...

A reporter interviewed Albert Einstein.

At the end of the interview, the reporter asked if he could have Einstein's phone number so he could call if he had further questions.

“Certainly” replied Einstein. He picked up the phone directory and looked up his phone number, then wrote it on a slip of paper and handed it to the reporter.

Dumbfounded, the reporter said, "You are considered to be the smartest man in the world and you can't remember your own phone number?”

Einstein replied, “Why should I memorize something when I know where to find it?”
